We offer a 30‑day return policy for all makeup tools and beauty products.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging.
  • Used or sanitized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged or wrong item sent.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty

We provide a 2‑year warranty for quality‑related issues of our makeup brushes.
